Responsibilities Shape squad vision and roadmap; steer the team’s delivery of products, platforms, and features focused on business impact. Prioritize backlog, translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, and balance business value with technical feasibility. Act as the “voice of the customer,” ensuring the squad builds the right solutions and meets security, privacy, and compliance standards. Plan team resourcing, create ASOE requests, interview, select, and onboard new members. Own and manage documentation and information; ensure clear communication of roadmap activities, design interdependencies, and timelines. Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, demos, and cross‑team synchronization ceremonies. Drive continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and reporting/analytics for team performance. Collaborate with Lead Engineers to balance tech debt with feature delivery and assess tech elements before user testing. Business‑Facing Tasks Engage stakeholders to understand current and future business needs. Translate needs into Salesforce‑enabled solutions. Navigate process, logistics, and planning complexities; manage competing priorities and resolve conflicts. Delivery‑Facing Tasks Collaborate with Product Analysts on requirements. Guide Engineering through backlog prioritization. Oversee end‑to‑end execution. Ensure integrations across Salesforce, Cvent, and web properties function correctly. Qualifications 7+ years of relevant work experience. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce/Sales Cloud. Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Management. Proven knowledge of standard practices, technology, and industry principles. Experience gathering requirements and translating them into a product vision. Deep understanding of business/processes and high‑level digital product delivery. Experience managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking metrics, and removing blockers. Experience developing systems and tools to enable customer interactions and collaboration. Experience working in pharma/life sciences or highly regulated industries. Core Systems & Technology Scope Primary Platforms Heavy emphasis on event‑driven campaigns (Campaigns). Cvent (nice to have) Event management and scheduling; integrated with Salesforce. Dedicated contracted Cvent resource handles builds; must understand event‑to‑Salesforce flow, not configure Cvent directly. Hybrid Work Policy 3 days per week in the Greater Boston area office.
