STAMPING PRESS OPERATOR

Allegiant Manufacturing | Kansas City, KS Allegiant Manufacturing, a leading provider of metal stamping, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and machining solutions, is seeking Stamping Press Operators for our 2nd Shift team. Our 2nd shift runs Monday-Thursday 3:30 pm to 2:00 am with a $1.50 per hour shift premium. Why Join Allegiant? 4-Day Workweek (Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts) Holiday Pay & 401(k) Eligibility on Day One Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 60 days Safe, stable, and team-oriented work environment Responsibilities Safely operate stamping presses and auxiliary equipment Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers Stack, label, package, and transport finished products Follow safety, quality, and production standards Qualifications Previous stamping press or manufacturing experience preferred but not mandatory Strong mechanical aptitude Experience with machine tools and hand tools is a plus Ability to accurately use measuring instruments Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation Stand and walk for 10-hour shifts Work overtime as needed Experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.
