This position is based in Augusta Maine, with a hybrid work schedule option. The work this position performs includes, but is not limited to, performing in-person and virtual training to employees for various Bureau of Unemployment database systems (ReEmployME and BUC TrainME Classroom LMS systems), creating and maintaining training materials to include video creation skills and abilities, developing training curriculum, participating in various BUC and Division projects and working closely with outside vendors who support our systems.Excellent training skills are a must and demonstrated experience is welcomed. We are seeking a well-rounded professional who has exceptional communication and organizational skills, coaching, research and technical abilities that foster a learn and grow environment for staff. The ability to pivot and adapt to the learners on the fly as needed. In addition to training activities, the MAII position will assist TSU Help Desk staff as needed in processing daily Footprints tickets.An intermediate to advanced level of understanding of computer software and technology is required. The ability to manage several projects at one time is essential. An independent, resourceful and proactive outlook is a must. Knowledge of or a background in Unemployment Insurance is helpful but not required.
