Essential Duties Draft governing documents such as bylaws and operating agreements. Assist with purchase and sale transactions. Draft stock, membership and partnership interest assignments. Retrieve, review and organize due diligence documents. Coordinate annual and miscellaneous regulatory and tax filings. Prepare gifting documents for estate planning clients. Create deeds and related property transfer documents. Conduct legal research. Keep current with Secretary of State revisions and inform Firm attorneys and paralegals of relevant changes. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal at a law firm or equivalent. Four-year college degree or equivalent. ABA approved paralegal certificate. Position: Non-Exempt Location: Century City. 5 days onsite for the first 30 days; then 4 days per week onsite, 1 day remote thereafter.
