The Bartender Role

As a Bartender at Irene's, you'll deliver high-impact service at the bar in a performance-driven, fine-dining setting where precision and guest recognition matter.

Key responsibilities include:
- Crafting high-end cocktails with speed, consistency, and strong bar presence
- Guiding guests through wine and beverage selections with confident, accurate recommendations
- Maintaining a polished, professional bar setup that supports seamless service

Required qualifications/skills:
- Prior fine-dining bartender experience
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and elevated cocktails
- Energetic, customer-focused communication and the ability to perform under pressure
