We're looking for a Brand Manager to be the day-to-day steward of how our brand shows up in the world. Reporting into our VP of Brand, this role leads go-to-market for campaigns and product launches, and turns consumer understanding into activations that drive results. Our business is primarily DTC, but you'll work omnichannel—partnering with channel leads across DTC, Amazon, and retail, plus social, events, and partnerships—to keep our brand consistent and distinctive everywhere consumers meet us. You'll need to think both strategically and creatively, and be comfortable moving at start-up speed.

Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day brand stewardship across every consumer touchpoint
• Lead GTM planning and execution for launches—positioning, full-funnel messaging, and integrated marketing plans
• Build brand plans in partnership with creative, channel, social, events, and partnerships teams
• Translate consumer insights into activations that drive awareness, trial, and loyalty
• Tailor brand and product stories to each channel (DTC, Amazon, retail) without losing what makes them ours
• Extend the brand into culturally relevant moments through social, events, and partnerships
• Support product partnerships that drive affinity, acquisition, and retention
• Report launch performance, learnings, and priorities to cross-functional partners
• Use data and performance metrics to sharpen the approach over time
