Sommer’s Automotive is seeking motivated, customer-focused GMC & Buick Sales Associates to join our sales team. No prior automotive or sales experience is required to be successful in this role. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed. New-Hire Pay Guarantee and Incentive Program Earn a minimum commission of $500 toward your total commission for every new Buick or GMC vehicle delivered (plus any additional applicable bonuses). We offer an initial commission guarantee and a supportive incentive structure, in addition to the standard commission structure, designed to help new team members ramp up quickly, exceed their commission guarantee and maximize earnings.
