Payroll Manager

CR Fletcher is seeking a Payroll Manager for a client company in the Syracuse area. Exciting opportunity with a growing professional services firm. The Payroll Manager will lead the payroll processes for a large multi-state employer with multiple tax classifications. Job Summary: Manage the complete payroll process working closely with Human Resources and Payroll Analyst Maintain compliance with all local, state and federal regulations Ensure accurate records & reporting Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or Business Administration 10+ years hands on payroll administration experience with multi-state experience Strong analytical skills. Accounting experience a plus Advanced level Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment CR Fletcher is an Equal Employment Opportunity staffing partner and employer.
