Job Requirements- Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Preferred: Debt collections, sales, or telemarketing experience.
- Preferred but not required: Knowledge of the FDCPA and other regulations governing debt collections.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and customer service.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent. Some College Preferred/ but not required.
- Must pass background check.

Base pay: -$ 16.00-$18.00 Hourly

- In-office position
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift/Mid Shift
- Monday to Friday
- Every other Saturday (half day Friday/ half day Saturday)
Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance is non-negotiable; upon acceptance of the position with CCL, it is required and understood that the applicant will be at work every day and on time. This is an in-office position.
