Senior Field Specialist (Eastern NJ & PA) - JJMT Vision

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Vision seeks a Senior Field Specialist to install, service, and repair medical device equipment in Eastern New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The role involves field-based technical support, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, repair, and maintain medical device equipment at customer facilities to factory specifications
• Generate and communicate detailed service reports and status updates to stakeholders
• Analyze service data to schedule proactive and reactive maintenance activities
• Maintain trunk inventory and calibrated test equipment in working condition
• Identify equipment problems, recommend solutions, and implement process improvements

Requirements

• Associate's degree or technical certification in electronics, biomedical, optical, or mechanical engineering
• Minimum 4 years of technical service experience with medical device equipment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, kneeling, and using hand tools
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate and maintain a corporate vehicle
• Technical proficiency on one or more product line modalities
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with data analysis and service scheduling

Compensation: $69,000–$111,090 base
