About the Position

OB/GYN Physician | Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina Join an established women's health program offering a full spectrum OB/GYN practice!

Position Highlights

• Full Spectrum Practice: Provide approximately 60% obstetric and 40% gynecologic care.
• Procedural Scope: Perform wellness exams, IUD placement with anesthesia, MyoSure procedures, myomectomy, hysteroscopy, TLH, and TAH.
• Patient Volume: See an average of 18 to 20 patients per day.
• Clinical Support: Labor and delivery RN triage support helps reduce unnecessary call ins.
• Surgical Access: Dedicated operating room access for gynecologic surgery.

Schedule & Call

• Workweek: Monday through Friday with a 4.5 day workweek and dedicated half day each week for administrative time.
• Call: 1:6 call rotation in 7 day blocks with a 1:4 backup call rotation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Base salary starting at $400,000, negotiable, plus generous call stipend.
• Sign On & Relocation: $40,000 to $60,000 sign on bonus, with the option to receive a portion as a residency stipend, plus up to $10,000 in relocation assistance.
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 403(b) with employer match, 15 days of PTO during year one, personal and self care days, 5 CME days, $3,000 CME allowance, FTCA malpractice coverage, and eligibility for NHSC, SLRP, and PSLF loan repayment programs.

Candidate Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Comfortable providing a full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care, including routine office procedures and common gynecologic surgeries
• Team first mindset and genuine interest in serving a rural community
