A well-established Community Health Center with over 50 years of service in Northeastern North Carolina is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join a mission-driven, patient-centered team. The Practice

This is a 100% outpatient role with no hospital call, allowing you to focus entirely on building meaningful relationships with your patients.

• Average of 18 to 20 patients per day
• Robust support team including APPs, Clinical Pharmacists, and LCSWs
• AI-driven workflow tools and dedicated nursing staff for prescription refills and task management
• 4 hours of dedicated administrative time per week, in-office or remote
• Opportunity to teach within an on-site Rural Residency Program
• On-site condos available at no cost for physicians commuting from Raleigh, Durham, or Charlotte

• Full-time, part-time, or compressed work week options; 3-day work weeks considered
• 0.5 to 1.0 FTE available; schedule tailored to your life

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive guaranteed base salary with quarterly production and quality bonuses
• Sign-on bonus up to $75,000 for a 5-year commitment; tiered options for 3 and 4 years
• Annual cost of living and performance adjustments
• High HPSA score (22) qualifying for NHSC student loan repayment
• Full benefits including malpractice coverage and CME allowance
• Stipend provided for APP supervision

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
