Candidate Profile

We are seeking an organized, analytical, and results-oriented professional with strong skills in managing and analyzing information using digital productivity tools.

Technical Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of WinTeam
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets :
    • Creation and management of spreadsheets
    • Use of formulas, filters, pivot tables and collaborative features
  • Ability to work with numerical data, generate reports, and maintain accurate databases
  • Answers telephones, routes call, takes messages, and provides general information; answers routine inquiries; maintains log of inquiries as required
  • Work on multiple different online plataforms
  • Data entry and updates information in customer data fields inventory groups
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Languages
  • Spanish: Native or advanced proficiency
  • English: Intermediate to advanced proficiency (reading, writing and speaking)

Education
  • Technical degree, associate degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent studies in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Business Management, or related fields (preferred).
Experience
  • Previous experience in administrative support, data analysis, operations, business support, or related roles
  • Proven experience using Excel and Google Sheets in a professional environment

Position Objective

Support the company's data management, analysis, and organizational processes through the effective use of WinTeam, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office tools, while collaborating with internal teams in both English and Spanish.
