Role Description Associate Manager – Guest Experience is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Auburn, WA, responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day customer experience on the sales floor. This position leads and supports store teams in delivering exceptional service, ensuring guests feel welcomed, assisted, and appreciated throughout their visit. The role includes monitoring customer satisfaction, resolving escalated service issues, and coaching team members on best practices in communication and client engagement. The Associate Manager analyzes guest feedback and store performance metrics to identify opportunities to improve service standards and operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include partnering with store leadership on training, maintaining brand presentation, and supporting sales and loyalty initiatives to enhance the overall guest journey. Qualifications Strong customer‑facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support abilities. Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to interact clearly and professionally with guests and team members. Solid Analytical Skills to interpret guest feedback, service metrics, and store performance data and translate them into actionable improvements. Experience in retail, hospitality, or a related service environment, preferably in a supervisory or lead role. Ability to motivate and coach diverse teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain composure in a fast‑paced setting. Comfort with basic point‑of‑sale systems and store operations processes; experience with customer loyalty programs is a plus. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
