Business Analyst

Elicit requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and document analysis. Work in an API development and delivery environment, producing and maintaining UML/BPMN-based design materials for API creation. Work with data definition languages and JSON data structures. Assist with designing and managing key API performance metrics using provided data sources. Leverage BI tools like Power BI, Jira, and EazyBI. Function within an agile squad delivery model. Essential Skills: Experience in requirements solicitation, conducting workshops, stakeholder interviews, document analysis, and basic business analysis skills. Expertise in producing and maintaining UML/BPMN-based materials. Familiarity with data definition languages and JSON data structures.
