Business Systems Consultant

Driving stakeholder alignment, the full-time remote Business Systems Consultant will provide consultative technical expertise on middleware and integration solutions while supporting cross-functional teams and developing governance frameworks. Key responsibilities Facilitate workshops and drive traction on enterprise initiatives by fostering alignment across business, technology, and architecture teams Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to identify business capability needs and support the rollout of middleware solutions Create documentation including process flows and business requirements, ensuring effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience in Information Technology or a High School Diploma/GED with 14 years of experience in Information Technology Demonstrated technical acumen with prior hands-on experience as a developer or Senior Analyst Strong understanding of middleware technologies and associated integration patterns Proven ability to drive stakeholder engagement in complex, matrixed organizations Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
