It is mostly remote paperwork, so I will see if it is completed./ph3Job Description/h3pThe student will assist the director in keeping track of forms and records for the supervisors and graduate students who are trainees (10 hours), send out forms and reminders (2 hours), organize paperwork into folders (2 hours), input information into the EHR (2 hours), respond to student/trainee questions (1 hour), attend Orientation and Informational Meeting each quarter (1 hour), plan speakers for training (1 hour), support supervisors with paperwork, questions, etc. (1 hour)/ph3Qualifications/h3pGood computer skills; good organizational skills; flexible hours.
