About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead a strategic financial and operational transformation. This executive will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for all finance and accounting functions, including reporting, treasury, AP/AR, and property-level financial operations. The CFO will also be tasked with modernizing systems, processes, and reporting capabilities, strengthening internal controls, and enhancing financial governance. A critical aspect of the role is to partner with the executive team on capital strategy, financing initiatives, and portfolio optimization, while driving consistency and transparency across financial reporting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate, with a focus on large, multi-market portfolios. Senior financial leadership experience, a solid foundation in accounting, reporting, and operational finance, and a proven track record of improving systems and processes are essential. Exposure to capital markets, lender relationships, and investor reporting is required, with a preference for experience in real estate accounting systems. The ideal CFO will have a collaborative, steady, and execution-focused leadership style, and will be instrumental in positioning the company for long-term growth and success.
