About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the financial stewardship and strategic planning of its complex airport system. The CFO will be responsible for leading all finance functions, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management. A key aspect of the role is to build and lead a robust financial planning and analysis capability to support the evaluation of business opportunities and risk quantification. The successful candidate will also be tasked with implementing financing strategies for a multi-billion-dollar capital improvement program and driving the transition to a new ERP system, with a focus on integration and a culture of ownership. The ideal CFO for the company will be a collaborative partner, communicative, and transparent, with a strategic and pragmatic approach to financial management. Professional attributes should include being a trusted leader and a people developer, with a proven track record in talent management. Core competencies must encompass deep knowledge of finance functions, expertise in capital markets, and experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle. The candidate should have a strong grasp of enterprise-level risk management and a background in large-scale, complex organizations, with a preference for those with airport or public enterprise experience. The role demands an exceptional communicator, capable of engaging with the Board and other stakeholders at a high level.
