Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business development and grow existing client relationships. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and delivering customized printing, packaging, and marketing solutions that help clients achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship-building activities.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying additional revenue opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Sell a portfolio of services including commercial printing, packaging, promotional products, branded merchandise, direct mail, and fulfillment services.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and sales presentations.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in printing, packaging, promotional products, marketing services, or a related industry is preferred.
