Senior Account Executive

Job Description
Seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Account Executive to grow wholesale business across all tiers of distribution. Ideal candidate is one to nurture existing customer base; and develop new key customer relationships in effort to build profitable efficient programs that will drive volume and deliver healthy margins for the Company and our retail partners.
\n \n$125K HYBRID
\n \nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
\nMaintain existing and develop strong strategic customer relationships in building successful long-term businesses
\nMaintain current and keen understanding of competitive retail landscape by category and strategic retail price points across all channels of distribution
\nPrepare for customer meetings with clear agenda; including proposed category assortments by delivery, suggested target retail price points, and understanding of current style selling performance
\nMonitor weekly selling performance to maximize in season reorder opportunities
\nTake ownership and have clear understanding of on hand inventory and incoming w.i.p.
\nMaintain current up to date customer sales order book; ensure all sales orders are entered into the system accurately; and timely communicate delivery slides to customers
\nLiaise with design, sourcing, and customer service as necessary to ensure timely deliveries
\nEnsure showroom is prepared in advance of customer meetings and key market weeks
\nCollaborate with design and merchandising in providing critical retail feedback regarding current retail performance and sales trends
\nLead seasonal best/worst seller meetings
\nTravel to accounts as necessary
\n \nQUALIFICATIONS:
\nMinimum seven years’ sales Denim/Sportswear experience
\nStrong track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
\nExcellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
\nAbility to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency
\nAbility to take initiative and ownership of projects
\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment
\nMaintain positive and upbeat demeanor
