Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 base | $220,000 - $280,000 OTE + Equity

Position Summary

The Senior Account Executive is a full-cycle closing role at a rapidly scaling healthcare fintech company building corporate card and financial products for medical practices. The company is backed by top-tier VCs, led by unicorn founders with $1B+ exits, and is on a clear trajectory toward unicorn status.

This role is built for proven B2B closers who create their own pipeline through disciplined outbound, run sophisticated discovery with practice owners, and can build a financial case for change rather than pitching features.

Each Senior AE owns a defined territory and medical specialty, with the expectation of building genuine depth in how those practices buy, spend, and operate financially.

This role is 5 days onsite, working alongside high performers at a convenient and exciting location.

Essential Functions

• Owns the full deal cycle from opportunity creation through discovery, business case, negotiation, and close
\n
• Generates own meetings through high-volume, high-quality outbound via cold calls and email
\n
• Works an assigned book of accounts, multi-threading across physician owners, practice managers, and finance/operations stakeholders
\n
• Runs discovery into how a practice makes and spends money, including DSO, supply spend, buy-and-bill float, and purchasing dynamics
\n
• Builds and defends ROI live with practice owners, tailoring each case to the customer's specific business problem
\n
• Delivers product demonstrations focused on the value points that matter most to each practice
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 3+ years of B2B full-cycle closing experience
\n
• Experience selling a platform or suite of solutions, not a point solution
\n
• Track record selling to business owners and senior decisionmakers through complex, multi-stakeholder purchases
\n
• Strong financial fluency: comfortable with P&Ls, cash flow, receivables and payables, working capital, lending, and credit
\n
• Strongly preferred: experience in payments, fintech, commercial banking or cards, merchant services, expense management, AP/AR, or vertical SaaS with embedded payments
\n
