Make a meaningful difference in the life of a young student by supporting her academic and social journey as a Registered Behavior Technician for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work closely with a supervising BCBA, providing direct behavior intervention for an engaging 3rd grade student. The assignment runs from ASAP through June 11, 2027. School hours are 8:35am-3:05pm, with early releases on Wednesdays at 1:51pm—providing a structured yet flexible schedule for work-life balance.
What You Bring:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience supporting elementary school-aged children with applied behavior analysis in a classroom or one-on-one setting
- Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising BCBA and educational teams
- Strong communication skills for daily reporting and family engagement
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in helping children achieve their fullest potential
Your Role Will Include:
- Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed and supervised by the BCBA
- Providing one-on-one, in-classroom support to an 8-year-old 3rd grade student
- Collecting accurate data and documenting student progress
- Participating in regular team meetings and incorporating feedback to ensure the success of therapeutic goals
- Supporting the student in both academic and social situations throughout the school day
