The Granite Falls School District is seeking a dedicated and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support for a student transitioning into the 3rd grade for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time role focused on implementing behavior intervention plans and fostering a supportive learning environment for the student's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
Provide consistent 1:1 behavioral support to a 3rd-grade student throughout the school day.

Implement Skill Acquisition and Behavior Reduction plans as designed by the supervising BCBA.

Collect and record data on student progress and behavioral goals.

Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialized staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

Requirements
Certification: Active RBT Certification is required.

Experience: Previous experience in a school setting or working with elementary-aged children is preferred.

Commitment: Ability to fulfill the full duration of the 2026-2027 school year contract.

Support & Supervision
We are committed to the professional growth of our staff. BCBA supervision will be provided to ensure compliance with certification requirements and to offer ongoing clinical support.
