About the Role:
AS AND CLEANINGS is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH! In this role, you'll lead sales efforts, build lasting client relationships, and play a key part in expanding our presence in the cleaning industry. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business accounts in the residential and/or commercial cleaning market
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize individual and team performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Track and analyze sales metrics, pipeline activity, and KPIs using CRM tools
• Collaborate with operations and management to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and growth strategies to leadership

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven sales management or senior sales experience
• Experience in the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
