Job Summary: Associates will interact with vendors, account for deliveries, and coordinate for distribution/pick-up throughout the restaurant and market.  

Essential Functions:

• Sweep dry storage.
• Sweeping and mopping coolers daily.
• Keep levels stocked up on flour, rice and sugar bins.
• Receive all deliveries, check in to ensure proper products are ordered.
• Weigh at least two protein items to ensure proper case weight.
• Takes receiving temperatures on refrigerated products.
• Receive all deliveries and place them in proper locations.
• Label and date all items.
• Helps chefs with inventory procedures to ensure proper inventory is taken.
• Rotates stock according to protocol.
• Help when needed in kitchen.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Understanding of food handling safety procedures and health codes.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to keep full and detailed records.

Required Experience:

• Previous experience preferred.
