Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and reassessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's functional needs.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to discuss patient history, treatment objectives, and expectations during interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Utilize evidence-based clinical pathways to manage clinical outcomes and adjust therapy approaches for outlier cases, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.
• Optimize patient workflows and processes by managing referrals, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups to enhance patient care efficiency.
• Execute therapy plans emphasizing early intervention and same-day evaluations, ensuring timely access to care.
• Accurately document patient progress, perform diligent chart reviews, and leverage data collection to inform future therapy sessions and advancements in treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Move Right Therapy, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgeries, managing chronic pain conditions, and addressing post-injury rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Completion of a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
