Key Responsibilities

• Direct comprehensive physical therapy treatment plans to address medical conditions, promote rehabilitation, and restore optimal muscle function, ensuring alignment with physician guidelines.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants to guarantee adherence to established plans of care, fostering a collaborative healing environment.
• Conduct thorough evaluations using advanced diagnostic techniques to assess patients' physical abilities, including muscle strength and functional limitations.
• Analyze patients' home environments to provide recommendations that enhance independence and support rehabilitation objectives.
• Deliver prescribed physical therapy services based on individualized therapeutic goals, documenting initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries for clinical records.
• Administer various therapeutic exercises, supervise activity execution, and provide motivational support to clients to enhance their engagement in therapy.
• Implement physical modalities such as traction, massage, and other treatment techniques involving physical agents to facilitate recovery.
• Evaluate, fit, and adjust orthotic and prosthetic devices, communicating necessary modifications to the relevant healthcare providers.
• Take part in interdisciplinary team discussions to collaboratively plan and review integrated treatment strategies for optimal patient outcomes.
• Keep detailed clinical records and ensure timely submission of documentation, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide education and training to clients and their families on the management and use of therapeutic devices.
• Offer supportive guidance throughout the rehabilitation process, addressing any questions or concerns from clients and their families.
• Continuously assess and modify the plan of care based on patient progress and clinical indicators.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, reflecting the level of experience and expertise.
