Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate various treatment modalities such as exercise, manual therapy, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, documenting treatments and outcomes accurately, and update treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal progress towards therapeutic goals.
• Instruct patients and their families on appropriate physical therapy techniques and use of assistive devices to facilitate self-care and improve independence.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive plan of care that addresses the multifaceted needs of the patient.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and participating in professional societies to remain current with best practices in physical therapy.
