Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy to each patient, addressing their specific needs and rehabilitation goals through tailored treatment plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patient capabilities, developing comprehensive care plans that incorporate a range of modalities, including hands-on techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Manage an appropriate caseload to ensure quality time with each patient, promoting effective communication and sustained progress discussions.
• Implement non-invasive, cost-effective treatment options to enhance patient mobility, emphasizing non-surgical alternatives to management of their conditions.
• Motivate patients by promoting an active engagement in their healing process, using evidence-based nutritional and exercise recommendations that align with their fitness levels.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate treatment protocols, adjusting as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes, while maintaining precise documentation of each session to offer a comprehensive overview of progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically Web PT, for accurate documentation and patient management.
• Demonstrated expertise in orthopedic manual therapy techniques and a sound understanding of exercise prescription tailored to individual patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
