Work Environment

This position requires a commitment to working onsite in a home care setting, where you will deliver one-on-one therapeutic interventions directly to patients. Your schedule will primarily consist of Monday through Friday shifts totaling 40 hours per week, allowing for a structured yet flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to accurately diagnose their conditions and determine the most effective treatment strategies.
• Design, implement, and modify treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, incorporating a range of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Utilize a variety of techniques to facilitate rehabilitation, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and assists with adaptive equipment.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service while fostering a supportive atmosphere for patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
• Educate and empower patients, caregivers, and families on treatment strategies, home exercise programs, and overall wellness practices.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes to meet clinical and business goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapists work with a diverse client population including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. You will have the chance to make a significant impact in each patient's recovery process, providing essential support during various rehabilitation phases from acute injuries to post-operative care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and standards of care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation purposes.
• A strong desire to build meaningful relationships with patients and within the community, while demonstrating empathy and a positive connection.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home healthcare or community-based therapeutic settings.
• Specialty certification in areas such as orthopedic, geriatrics, or sports rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated success in achieving patient outcomes and utilizing evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits

Motion Care Rehab Center offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
