Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist in our rehabilitation center, you will work in an environment that fosters collaboration and professional growth. Your work schedule will generally be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing your expertise to the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy interventions tailored to the unique needs and recovery goals of each patient.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, dedicating appropriate time to ensure thorough evaluation and treatment of each individual.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement comprehensive care plans including a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Focus on non-surgical treatment methods, promoting rehabilitation exercises and manual therapies to optimize patients' physical performance.
• Engage in continuous evaluation of treatment effectiveness, adapting plans in response to patient progress and feedback.
• Document all patient encounters accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with a specific emphasis on Web PT for efficiency and clarity.
• Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Encourage patients through motivational support and education to foster a proactive attitude towards recovery.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Current and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, free of any disciplinary actions.

• Proficiency in creating and implementing exercise programs tailored to meet the needs of patients.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Web PT, to ensure efficient documentation practices.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.
• A background in orthopedic physical therapy or sports-related rehabilitation is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
