Calm Body Innovative Fitness & Rehab is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Winchester, Virginia. In this full-time position, you will work directly with patients to assess, diagnose, and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, alleviating pain, and restoring functional independence. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the delivery of physical therapy services, focusing on evidence-based practices to promote recovery and improve quality of life.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients using diagnostic tests to assess their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Create individualized therapy plans based on patient assessments, goals, and physician recommendations, ensuring an effective pathway to recovery.
• Administer manual and therapeutic exercises while guiding patients through functional activities to promote strength and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary and communicating changes to the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate with physical therapy assistants to ensure consistently high-quality care and provide supervision in line with state regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical records, including evaluations, care plans, and discharge summaries to ensure continuity of care.
• Engage with patients and their families, instructing them on home exercise programs and the use of supportive devices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions to enhance collaborative patient care strategies.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population of patients, ranging from post-operative rehabilitation cases to those with chronic pain and mobility challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably in acute care or home care.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
• Current CPR certification and knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to embrace innovative therapy techniques.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient or rehabilitative care settings is preferred.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) to document patient interactions and treatments effectively.
• Background in working with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
