We are looking for a motivated, reliable, Installation Manager to join our team! If you are looking for a company where you are part of a family, then Rite Rug is the place for you! $55,000 to $58,000, salary based on experience. **POSITION SUMMARY:**To ensure the customer has the best possible experience when have their new floors installed.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*** Management of all installation and service of flooring within a specified geographic region* Manage installation from beginning to end, keeping in close contact with the customer throughout the process* Ability to make product suggestions to customer to ensure the highest quality end result* Troubleshoot any installation/flooring issues to determine the best solution for the customer* Work closely with retail sales team to understand the customer's needs* Must display a sense of urgency to address & satisfy customer issues* Perform other duties as assigned**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:**1. Have earned a Highschool Diploma or equivalent2. Experience in the Flooring Industry or Construction is a plus.3. Must have exceptional customer services skills4. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required5. Be able to lift at least 25 pounds6. Be able to work independently and problem solve
