Real Estate Investment Banking - Director - New York A leading independent investment bank is looking to add a Director to its Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging group in New York. The platform covers M&A, capital raises and strategic advisory work across REITs, real estate operators, gaming companies and hospitality clients, and has been growing quickly with deal volume to match. The role is suited to someone with a strong real estate investment banking background who can run execution on live deals with minimal oversight and is ready to take on more direct client and origination responsibility. You'll be working closely with senior bankers, leading deal teams, shaping pitch strategy, and increasingly stepping into the client facing seat rather than supporting from behind. Real estate specific experience is essential, this is not a seat where generalist M&A background translates. This is a genuine opportunity for ownership. The platform is well resourced with strong senior exposure and a clear path toward more origination and leadership responsibility. Compensation is highly competitive and reflects the momentum currently behind the group.
