FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Position: Full‑time Front of House Lead Supervisor – Butler University Location: 704 West Hampton Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46208 Schedule: Full‑time, rotating AM and PM shifts. Days and hours may vary based on business needs. Pay: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour Requirements: One year of previous work in a hospitality leadership role is required. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Job Summary: Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste. Ensure that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized. Monitor marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate. Uphold policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations. Perform other duties as assigned.
