Job Title Operations Manager Location Portland, OR – Hybrid (Remote and in‑office) What You’ll Do Digital Disbursements is a fintech company, led by a team with deep industry experience and a strong track record of value creation. We operate in the digital payments space and have a proven product‑market fit. We specialize in helping bring B2C payments to the digital age and are poised for significant growth in the months ahead. Digital Disbursements was acquired by Western Alliance Bank (NYSE:WAL) in January 2022 and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of WAL. The Operations Manager will report to and work directly with the Director of Operations. You will spend 85%+ of your time on the following primary responsibilities: Coordinate client requests across a 10‑member operations team. Help lead the design and implementation of the next‑generation knowledge and communication center. Support the Salesforce integration with our portal, internal utilization, and platform effectiveness (time permitting). Implement policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels. Help refine processes and policies in areas of operations. What You’ll Need 5+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field. Bachelor's degree in business with 7‑10 years of work experience in operations, process improvement, or equivalent. Highly organized, detail‑oriented and task‑oriented. Excellent time‑management skills. Exceptional problem‑solving, decision‑making and quantitative skills. Persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor communications to a broad range of audiences. Ability to build trust‑based relationships and effectively collaborate. Self‑starter who can identify problems, outline solutions, and drive execution. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Banking, Fintech, and/or payments experience a plus. Salesforce experience/knowledge a plus.
