Treasury & Commercial Banking Business Analyst Lewis James Professional is a woman‑owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Treasury & Commercial Banking Business Analyst for a consultant opportunity with a financial services client. Responsibilities Support Treasury and Commercial Banking integration initiatives for large‑scale banking merger and conversion programs Partner with project managers and operations teams to support active integration workstreams Document and analyze functional and technical business requirements within the Treasury and Commercial Banking area. Support integration and conversion efforts related to PrecisionLender, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), check outsourcing, ACH processing, lockbox, biller services, wires, commercial deposits, and Extended Account Analysis (XAA) Support merger integration activities tied to system conversions, operational readiness, testing, data validation, cutover planning, and post‑conversion stabilization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Banking, or related field preferred 5+ years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services environments Demonstrated experience documenting business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, operational procedures, and integration impacts Experience collaborating with cross‑functional business and technology teams Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, SharePoint, or similar tools Atlanta, Columbus, Nashville, Charlotte preferred.
