Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and motivated Solar Sales Representatives and Solar Sales Teams to drive growth within our innovative EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) solar energy model. Duties

• Actively generate leads through door-to-door outreach, community events, and strategic marketing initiatives to identify potential customers interested in solar energy solutions
• Conduct comprehensive client consultations to explain the benefits of solar panels, energy savings, and the EPC process, ensuring clear understanding of technical aspects
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally
• Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently by leveraging sales techniques such as active listening, value proposition articulation, and overcoming objections
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software like Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and monitor sales progress
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that attract new clients and increase brand awareness in local communities
• Meet or exceed sales goals consistently by proactively managing your pipeline and following up on potential opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, direct sales, or technical sales within the renewable energy or energy solutions industry is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of solar energy products, energy savings benefits, and the EPC model for solar installations
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar CRM software for lead management and reporting
• Exceptional communication skills for client engagement, presentations, and negotiations
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories for face-to-face client meetings
