Production AssociateLocation: Boise, IDSchedule

Day Shift

• Monday - Thursday
• 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Operate automated manufacturing equipment used in electronic assembly and PCB production.
• Load materials, monitor equipment performance, and perform basic machine adjustments.
• Inspect products and components to ensure quality standards are met.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Complete production documentation accurately using computer systems.
• Support continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with production team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Assist in other departments as needed.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or production environments.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly and production tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Work in a clean and organized electronics manufacturing facility with individual workstations. Employees may wear ESD-safe equipment, including smocks and grounding straps, while working on the production floor. The environment emphasizes quality, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Meridian, ID.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Meridian,ID.
