Admissions Associate

To drive successful enrollment and onboarding of learners in the Career Accelerator's technical training programs, the remote Associate, Admissions and Enrollment Management will manage a portfolio of accepted learners, ensuring they complete required milestones and receive proactive support throughout their enrollment journey. Key responsibilities Manage an assigned portfolio of accepted learners from offer acceptance through enrollment and program start Conduct proactive outreach to maintain learner engagement and monitor progress against deadlines Maintain accurate learner records and pipeline statuses in Salesforce, contributing to improvements in admissions processes Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, recruiting, or a similar customer-facing role Experience managing a learner or customer portfolio and achieving measurable goals Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable outcomes, with a commitment to advancing economic mobility through education
