About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its mission-driven health system. The COO will be a key executive, responsible for advancing the company's strategic and operational priorities, ensuring high-performing and efficient operations, and aligning day-to-day execution with the broader vision. This role involves providing executive oversight for a wide range of clinical, operational, and support services, and requires a leader who can foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Key priorities for the COO include driving outpatient procedural growth, strengthening physician relationships, and partnering with the Chief Nursing Officer to advance patient safety, quality outcomes, and the overall patient experience.
