Associate Director US Oncology Campaign Development Lead

Job Overview The Associate Director will act as Campaign Development Lead (CDL) responsible for identifying, designing, executing, overseeing, and optimizing U.S. oncology health‑care provider (HCP) marketing campaigns and programs that support the strategic imperatives for gynecological cancer indications within the company. Responsibilities Lead the development of HCP marketing materials and digital assets, including online video, emails, display units, banner ads, alerts, web content, media/paid search content optimization, social media, point‑of‑care assets, print, and disease awareness materials. Develop, measure, and optimize digital campaigns to support overall marketing strategy and ensure all tactics align with the customer experience plan. Apply deep customer segmentation insights, channel preferences, and profitability/lifetime value analysis to drive best‑practice customer experience and targeting. Operate with an agile mindset, addressing ambiguity, building cross‑functional networks, testing, and learning to foster innovation and customer‑focused culture. Contribute to brand‑building tools and collaborate with internal teams such as PAN ADTs, Patient Strategy, Digital Innovation, Market Research, Analytics, and Operations. Manage daily interactions with agency partners and outsourced vendors; lead creation and monitoring of agency digital scopes of work (SOW) and participate in bi‑annual agency evaluation. Oversee applicable budgets and evaluate revalidation of marketing and digital assets. Implement Safety Label Updates (SLUs) on promotional assets and ensure compliance with SubpartE regulations, when applicable. Demonstrate the company’s Ways of Working principles and conduct all activities in full compliance with company policies, values, and standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 4years’ experience in marketing, marketing communications, or marketing support for pharmaceutical products. Proven ability to execute a brand or customer marketing strategy. Experience and success in cross‑functional leadership and teamwork. Strong knowledge of marketing principles and campaign/message development. Excellent planning, presentation, and communication skills. Agency/vendor management experience. Preferred Experience and Skills Experience in U.S. HCP marketing or marketing communications for pharmaceutical products. Knowledge of oncology and gynecological indications. Familiarity with Agile and the company’s Experience Marketing Model. Knowledge of company commercial, regulatory, and legal compliance policies. Experience in the end‑to‑end Medical/Legal (Promotion Review Team) review and delivery process. Experience with Veeva/PromoMats and SAP. Required Skills Adaptability, content creation, creativity, digital marketing, email marketing, media planning, omnichannel marketing, oncology marketing, project management, social media marketing, strategic thinking, and vendor relationship management. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $142,400.00 – $224,100.00. Eligible for an annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
