Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Location Requirements: On-Site Job Type: Direct Hire Role Overview: You will manage and improve a Salesforce environment supporting sales teams across multiple international markets. Your responsibilities include day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, configuration, workflow optimization, and platform enhancements. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement practical solutions. Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including troubleshooting, break/fix support, field updates, workflow configuration, and system enhancements Partner with sales teams to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate needs into Salesforce configurations and solutions Support platform enhancements, rollouts, user onboarding, license management, and expansion into additional markets Collaborate with technical resources supporting ERP integrations and connected systems Identify opportunities to improve workflows, system usability, data quality, and operational efficiency Required Qualifications: 3–5 years of hands‑on Salesforce administration experience Experience configuring Salesforce fields, workflows, and platform functionality, along with troubleshooting and ongoing system support Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience gathering requirements from business users Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day Salesforce administration with minimal supervision Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Gravity IT Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
