Founding Recruiter

To build a world-class recruiting function from the ground up, the full-time Founding Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, partner with leadership to define hiring strategies, and enhance the candidate experience in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Build, standardize, and continuously improve the hiring process for both technical and go-to-market roles Own and optimize the recruiting platform and tech stack, including ATS and AI recruiting tools Proactively source candidates through various channels, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience across time zones Required qualifications 8+ years of recruiting experience in fast-growing startup or technical environments Proven track record of building and standardizing recruiting processes Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and AI recruiting tools Ability to source and attract high-caliber candidates for technical and go-to-market roles Experience recruiting for remote, distributed teams with a focus on international hiring
