Key Responsibilities * Review and analyze monthly financial statements for assigned properties. * Ensure accuracy of property-level accounting, reconciliations, and reporting. * Partner with property managers and leadership to explain financial results and variances. * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. * Identify accounting discrepancies, process improvements, and internal control enhancements. * Support month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting requirements. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 3+ years of accounting experience within property management, real estate, or commercial/residential property environments. * Strong understanding of property financial statements, budgeting, and variance analysis. * Proficiency in Excel and accounting/property management software (Yardi, MRI, RealPage, or similar preferred). * Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both accounting and operations teams.
