• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Service Plumber
• Proven expertise in commercial plumbing service across various settings, including office buildings, medical and healthcare facilities, industrial sites, and distribution centers
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing plumbing fixtures, such as faucets, toilets, flush valves, instant hot water heaters, boilers, and sump pumps
• Drain cleaning and jetting experience is essential
• Proficient in working with water, irrigation, and gas piping, including PVC, copper, black pipe, and galvanized pipe
• Experience with pump systems, including recirculation pumps, booster pumps, and both duplex and triplex sump pumps
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial water heaters and boilers
• Availability for a rotating 24-hour service schedule (one week every six weeks), with additional pay for on-call services
• Must safely operate a service truck, which needs to be stored at home in a secure location (driveway or garage only; no street parking)
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as project demands arise
• Experience interacting with commercial clients is a must; we value personable and professional candidates.
