Senior Human Resource SpecialistThe pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. You are a key partner and a reliable resource, helping ensure HR programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a strong focus on the team member experience.Through onboarding, workforce routines, and ensuring timely completion and accurate recordkeeping of required training, as well as day-to-day HR services, you provide guidance and operational support that helps leaders and team members navigate HR processes and organizational change. You apply established best practices and standard procedures to support staffing, retention, engagement, and compliance needs ultimately enabling teams to achieve business outcomes. You interact regularly with site leadership, HR partners, and cross-functional teams, and may engage with external candidates or vendors as part of staffing, onboarding, and HR process execution. You approach your work with a solutions-oriented mindset, delivering HR services with accuracy, consistency, and care for the team.Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description.
