You will be responsible for day‑to‑day recruiting processes and systems. Location: Orlando, FL 32812 The work will consist at some level of the following tasks, but this is not limited to: Assist in general recruiting processes with the primary recruiter Conduct outreach to candidates to schedule interviews Create login credentials for new hires Follow up with candidates regarding interview outcomes Assist with general onboarding inquiries Requirements Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing Excellent organization and time‑management skills Must speak English and Spanish Able to work independently Minimum Requirements Must be punctual, responsible and independent Authorization to work in the United States is required High School Diploma required Minimum of 1 year of experience Additional Information / Benefits We are proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer, offering employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
