About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of FP&A to play a pivotal role in the enterprise's financial strategy and long-range planning. The successful candidate will be a senior finance leader with a strong commercial and operational finance acumen, capable of leading the long-range planning process, and owning the enterprise financial model. This role demands a strategic thinker who can translate company strategy into financial priorities, build scalable FP&A capabilities, and influence senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations. The VP of FP&A will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, as well as for leading the preparation of executive, board, and investor-facing financial materials. Experience in a high-growth CPG, food and beverage, or similar complex operating environment is strongly preferred. Applicants for the Vice President of FP&A position at the company should have a minimum of 12-15 years' of progressive finance experience, with a focus on FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in financial governance, and the ability to build and develop high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP, and be adept at financial modeling and analysis for strategic decision-making. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, with an MBA and/or CPA being a plus. The role demands a professional with high emotional intelligence, cultural competency, and the ability to influence and partner effectively across functions. The candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be ready to take on the challenges of a high-growth, mission-driven organization.
